Year 2014

The first batch of "Naipunyam" was launched on 14th November '14 at Sri Panachikadu Devi Temple at a function presided over by Dr. Ramakrishnan Nair (Retd. Medical Superintendent, Kottayam Medical College). The scholarships were distributed to 20 students.

Year 2015

In the year 2015, these 20 students from 2014 batch (renewed based on their continual academic performance and adequate attendance) and an additional 50 students, totaling to 70 were selected for the scholarship.

The scholarship distribution function for 2015 was held on 6th August'15 at the Sree Bhavani Auditorium, Harippad, where the function was presided over by Sri. R. Ramachandran Nair IAS (Retd. Chief Secretary, Govt. of Kerala). A skill development program for the students was conducted by Mr. Krishna Kumar, a renowned trainer in education and career development.

Later in the year, on 30th November'15, another skill development camp was held at the Sree Bhavani Auditorium, Haripad, exclusively aimed at developing educational and life/career skills of the students. This programme was attended by the students along with their parents. The highlight of this full-day camp was the wholehearted participation of the parents.

Year 2016

During the year 2016, a total of 102 students (2014 – 17, 2015 - 47 & 2016- 38) were selected for the scholarship.

The scholarship distribution function for 2016 was held on 6th August’16 at the Sree Bhavani Auditorium, Harippad, where the function was presided over by Sri. Nandakumar IAS (Former Director for Higher Education, Govt. of Kerala). A skill development program for the students was conducted by Mr. Krishna Kumar, a renowned trainer in education and career development.

On 19th November ’16, another skill development camp was held at the Sree Bhavani Auditorium, Haripad to develop educational and life/career skills of the students, which saw an attendance of students and their parents.
